The giant aircraft maker says it has a $170 million dollar contract with the US Air Force and looks forward to working to delivering the best planes for the President and the best value for the American taxpayers.

The travel alert comes as France conducted another series of terror-related arrests.

The US State Department says it has credible information indicating that militants belonging to the so-called Islamic State movement  as well as al Qaeda and other groupings are planning attack in Europe.

US citizens should exercise caution at holiday festivals, events, and outdoor markets.

The alert in force for three months says travelers should also apply caution on public transport, places of worship, restaurants and hotels.

The alert notes extremists have carried out attacks in Belgium, France, Germany, and Turkey in the past year.

The State Department  says its works closely with European governments, routinely sharing information to combat terrorism.

Under current guidelines, ivory can be sold if documents are produced showing  it was brought into the United States before it was listed as endangered or that the elephant died of natural causes.

The new rules will restrict sales to genuine antiques, like ivory statues, artwork or chiseled chess pieces, that have been lawfully imported, as well as items like musical instruments that were made using less than 200 grams of ivory.

The new rules aim to curb the rampant slaughter of the elephant that now reached  96 deaths a day.

They also intend to severely restrict the African ivory market in the United States, which is the world’s second-largest consumer of illegally poached ivory.
