The 58 year-old  already has two adopted Malawi children.

Malawi’s High Court yesterday granted Madonna permission to adopt the twins.

There’s  anger among some Malawians who’ve accused the government of allowing her to skirt laws that ban non-residents from adopting.

Madonna was inside the courtroom when the approval ruling was delivered.

A member of her legal team says Madonna has demonstrated over the years that she has passion for Malawi and her children .

One of the conditions of the adoption was that Madonna should provide a report showing that the home in which they lived was suitable.

The lawyer could not provide details on the children she will be adopting, saying it’s against the law to divulge such particulars at this stage.
