Lodging the petition yesterday for failed presidential challenger Amama Mbabazi, his lawyer cites voter bribery and arrests.

He lists massive arrests of their supporters, harassment and intimidation, and late delivery of ballot papers to polling stations.

The petition holds the court to its assurance that it will handle the matter we expeditiously.

Museveni palmed  61 percent of the vote as he swept swept to his fifth election victory.
