Paul Biya’s been President of Camerooon for 35 years, but his been in the country for less than 30 those.

Missing major events is not the biggest beef of critics

It’s the cost.

Biya travels with an entourage of at least 40 and racks up costs of more half a million rand a night.

Most of Cameroon’s 20 million people live on less than R10 a day.
