]]> Terrorism’s moved back to the Nigerian capital.

A blast at a popular shopping area’s killed at least 21 people and injured 52 more.

No-one’s claimed responsibility for planting the bomb near the Banex plaza shopping complex in Wuse district.

The terror group Boko Haram has concentrated its efforts to the north east of the country. But it has bombed targets in Abuja.

The area was packed with shoppers at the time of the blast.

Government spokesman Mike Omeri confirms it’s the result of a bomb attack.

Two bombs detonated by Boko Haram have killed 90 people in Abuja since April.

The group also carried out a deadly car bomb attack on the United Nations building in the Nigerian capital in 2011.
