Black boxes from the Boeing 737 Max that crashed near Addis Ababa four days ago have arrived in Paris for analysis.

This follows President Donald Trump bowing to pressure from pilots, flight crew, politicians and flight crew and grounding the entire fleet of this plane.

Boeing’s lost $25-billion in market value since the Ethiopian Airlines crash that killed 157 people last Sunday.

There are 5 000 Boeing 737 Max aircraft on order and 300 already flying.

President Donald Trump says there is information possibly linking the Addis Ababa disaster to the crash of a Lion Air Boeing 737 Max near Jakarta last October.

Paris has one of a handful of  laboratories around the world capable of reading  flight parameters and cockpit conversations from black boxes.

Australia has stopped Boeing 737 Max aircraft flying into its country pending investigations into two crashes  the year-old plane has had these past five months.

The action echoes that of Vietnam, South Korea and Singapore.

They’ve joined the list of countries that have barred the plane, waring for experts to examine the sound and data boxes from the Ethiopian Airways flight that crashed near Addis Ababa last Sunday and  see whether it is unsafe or just unlucky.

Australia is not among the countries already using the 300 Boeing 737 Max.

With 5 000 on order, the plane’s become the biggest seller in aviation history.

The United States Federal Aviation Authority insists it is airworthy, despite the two crashes that cost 346 lives in the past five months.

A growing list of countries is simply not prepared to chance it.

A national day of mourning has been declared in Ethiopia after yesterday’s crash of an Ethiopian Airlines plane near Addis Ababa’s Bole airport killed all 157 people aboard.

The Ethiopian Airlines plane is the second nearly new Boeing 737 Max to crash shortly after takeoff in less than five months.

Families of the 189 victims of the Lion Air crash at Jakarta airport blame Boeing and are suing the American plane maker.

The Boeing 737 Max crashed within minutes of taking off for Nairobi.

The cause is not known but the pilot reported problems before losing contact.

The victims come from more than 30 countries.

Many of them were heading for a United Nations conference opening in the Kenyan capital today.

The ill-fated plane, which was delivered last November,  had flown from Johannesburg earlier yesterday.

The ill-fated Boeing 737 Max arrived in Addis Ababa this morning from Johannesburg.

It is the same model as the Lion Air flight that crashed minutes after take off at Jakarta last October killing all 189 people aboard.

5 000 of this aircraft, known as the workhorse of the skies,  are on order around the world.

The crashed plan was delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, the biggest carrier in Sub Saharan Africa, last November.

Many of the passengers who embarked at Bole Airport were headed for a United Nations  conference opening in Nairobi tomorrow.
