]]> Ending his first session as a member of the Pan African Parliament Chief Mandela says the continental body is not playing by rules on rotational leadership.

The ANC MP adds that the PAP has issues of accountability 

 

Sworn in two weeks ago as one of the five South Africans on the 255-member Pan African Parliament, Chief Mandla Mandela says he’s very concerned about disregard for the rules of rotational leadership.

“The current president is now serving his second term. As a region Central Africa are serving a third term.Northern Africa and Southern Africa have not been able to fill the presidency,” he says

Nelson Mandela’s oldest grandson says the PAP has issues of accountability.

The public and media were excluded for the debate on the body’s budget.

He says the bureau, which the president and vice presidents, do not feel accountable to the house.

They need to be held accountable.
