]]> Two Pretoria food entrepreneurs will ensure 600 homeless Pretorians are given meal today.

Their project is sponsored by the embassy of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Italian born and trained Nicky Geerts with his mobile Pizza Pilgrims operation and Fritz Brune of Baracas Restaurant at Harlequins club will provide the meals for the 600 homeless people, including 150 children.

Both of them are popular with  Pretoria foodies who will be enjoying slap up dinners with their families.

Geerts says the festivities at the Sunnyside Catholic Church – which traditionally opens its doors to the needy on Christmas Day -will enable the beneficiaries to relax and enjoy some good, nourishing  food  and remind them that they are not unloved or forgotten.
