Killings have resumed in Sudan as pro-democracy groups and the military rulers fail to agree on the composition of a transitional authority leading to elections.

A policeman and three protestors died in clashes overnight.

Deposed president Omar Al Bashir has been charged with complicity in the death of protestors.

That charges against Omar Al Bashir relate to a young doctor killed during protests leading to his overthrow by the military.

Prosecution authorities says Al Bashir has also been charged with money laundering and financing terror.

However protestors say they’ll only believe this when the ousted president appears in the dock.

They are running out of patience with the generals who insist a transitional authority should have a majority of military personnel which is also anathema to the African Union.

At the London  summit on fighting corruption,  Britain and the United States have  looked at their own policies and their role as shelters for billions of dollars stolen by corrupt politicians in developing countries.

The London gathering shifted the focus on global corruption, turning the spotlight of blame away from African generals, oligarchs and corrupt dictators and toward the rich countries, whose banks and real estate brokers have been the benefactors of the stolen wealth of nations.
