A Kenyan youth has returned to the boarding school that suspended him for fighting and killed five  pupils and a security guard.

With two accomplices, the attackers also raped two two girls in the dormitory and injured 18 students.

The chief suspect in this attack was lynched by a mob that stormed  the police station where he was being held.

The head teacher at Lokichogio School in northern Kenya says the main suspect was suspended after fighting with another pupil.

He returned to the school to find the pupil who was not there at the time.

Before launching the deadly attack, the suspect  told pupils he would burn the school down and return to avenge the cause of his suspension.
