France has called for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council.

Rwanda’s taking the call for African solutions to African problems literally.

Mushikiwabo says it’s been decided to offer the captives  in Libya refuge.

Discussions in Kigali are about exactly how the Great Lakes country can welcome the

migrants.
