Prank  Mukherjee is the first Indian Head of State to visit  Namibia in 21 years.

He calls Namibia a beacon of hope and motivation and says India will be happy to partner that country in the implementation of Vision 2030 through inclusive development and capacity building.

Mukherjee says India and Namibia have excellent bilateral relations and seek to address complex governance issues in their own ways.

It will be through empowerment of the disempowered and by ensuring that no section is excluded, that they will succeed.
