]]> Tomorrow is the anniversary of the world’s second worst EBOLA outbreak.

A third case of the deadly hemorrhagic disease has been confirmed in the Congo’s eastern capital Goma.

Health authorities, now answering directly to President Felix Tshisikedi, confirm the daughter of an EBOLA victim to dies in Goma this week has been infected with the disease that’s killed more than 1 800 of the  2 500 people it sickened.

Medics are disinfecting the home of the victims and identifying those people they have been in contact with.

Health workers face persistent hostility from the population who believe they are being exploited.

The spread of EBOLA into Goma caused the World Health Organization to declare the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.
