Shell wants it moved to Nigeria.

A year ago Shell paid the Bodo community in the Niger Delta $84 million for damages caused by oil spills.

The Ogale and Bille communities are now seeking their compensation.

Shell says its has not pumped oil in the Ogale district since 1993.

Amnesty International and the United Nations Environmental Programme say the damage to rivers and farmland dates back to four years earlier than this.
