The US Peace Corps withdrawn its volunteers from Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone currently experiencing the worst Ebola outbreak on record.

The death toll from the deadly haemorrhagic disease in West Africa exceeds 670 since the outbreak began in February.

Liberia’s taken extraordinary measures to prevent the spread.

Medical facilities have overwhelmed with people seeking treatment.

All schools have been closed. Some communities have been placed in quarantine and the military in under orders to enforce this.

Non-essential government workers have been sent home for 20 days.

The US Peace Corps says two of its volunteers who’s have direct contact with Ebola victims are quarantined outside the country.
