Information Minister in the Gambia Sheriff Bojang says the ICC is in fact an international caucasian court for the persecution and humiliation of people of color, especially Africans.

His West African country follows Burundi and South Africa in giving notice that they’re quitting the tribunal established in 2002 to try war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.
