The body has been found of a French triathlete who went missing on the eve of the South African Iron Man championship last weekend.
It was recovered from the Port Elizabeth harbor.
No could play is suspected and an inquest docket has been opened.
The body of David Bellet-Brissaud was identified by his brother Gael.
The Frenchman, living in Gabon, disappeared without a trace from his in Humerail hotel in the early hours of Friday. Bellet-Brissaud was in the city to compete in the Standard Bank Ironman African Championship.
CCTV footage emerged of Bellet-Brissaud walking into the harbour early on Friday.
Previous footage of someone jumping between fishing vessels was mistakenly identified as David.
However new CCTV footage showed him walking on a different jetty, close to where his body was found.
